Half Day Wine Tour

Tour Cost - from $85.00 per person (based on 4 person booking)

 

Pickup in from your accommodation in Bright at 11.45am

 

Itinery for the day:

 

• We will visit two wineries and then stop for lunch (lunch at own cost)

• Depending on time, we will do 1 or 2 more wineries after lunch

 

This is a fully guided tour where you will meet the people who own the wineries and

pick the grapes that make their award winning wines. You will also enjoy a tour

through one of the winerys with the wine maker and learn how the the different

varieties of wine are made. You will also get to enjoy this winemakers homemade bread.  

We visit Homestead Estate Winery where you will tour one of the first homes built in the

Happy Valley (around 1860) they have beautiful wines and olive oil to try.  

 

If time permits we will stop in at the Australian Pumpkin Seed Company, which is the

only pumpkin seed producer in Australia, it is quite amazing how good these little

seeds and their oil can taste.

The tour stops will depend on which winerys and businesses are open on the day you

tour.  All our tours are done at a leisurely pace, if time permits we can do some extra

things at the end of the day.  if you have had enough wine, then we will do something

else. The tour is done at your own pace, I do not rush you, when you are ready, we move

on to the next thing.  Our whole goal is for you to enjoy the day.

 

Arriving home around 5.30 to 6pm.
